• The solicitation details and the notes you write.

• To confirm receipt, answer questions and write a bid.
• To send certificates and insurance certificates you ask for.
• To keep our records.

Who sees it

The RFP desk, the operations director and the supervisor named for your building. We use service providers for email and invoicing, and they handle your data only for us. We don't sell your personal information. We share it if the law requires.

Your choices
