Service scope

Nightly janitorial

A building that is clean and unlocked-for-business by the time your staff arrive.

Crews arrive after the last staff leave, work the scope sheet in a fixed order and lock up. The supervisor walks the building after the crew and signs the nightly log, so a missed task is found before morning, not by the first person in.

Who it is for

  • Schools and charter campuses

  • Public offices and libraries

  • Health centers and nonprofits

How it runs

A night, in order

  1. 01

Step 1: Arrive and sign in

The crew lead signs in with your front desk or security and checks the day's notes from your contact.

  2. 02

Step 2: Work the scope sheet in order

Trash first, then restrooms, then floors, so the wet areas are dry before anyone returns.

  3. 03

    Step 3: Supervisor walks it

The supervisor inspects after the crew finishes and marks each area on the nightly log.

  4. 04

Step 4: Lock up and report

Doors, lights and alarms are set as agreed, and anything broken or missing is reported by email the same night.

Nightly janitorial questions

Who is in the building at night?

A crew assigned to your building and a supervisor who walks it. The bid names the supervisor, and the crew stays assigned to the same site.

How do we know a night was done?

The nightly log is signed by the supervisor and sent to your contact at the frequency you set, daily or weekly.

What if a night is missed?

Tell the supervisor line and we come back the next night or sooner. The policies page has the terms for credits.
