Service scope

Periodic projects

The cleaning that is not nightly, planned ahead of the date it matters.

Periodic projects are the tasks your nightly scope leaves out: interior glass, vents and high surfaces, upholstery, one-time deep cleans before an opening, an inspection or an event. We price each as its own line with a date.

Who it is for

  • Before an inspection or an opening

  • Seasonal and annual tasks

  • Events and move-ins

How it runs

A project, in order

  1. 01

Step 1: Choose the tasks and date

We confirm the list, the date and the access in writing.

  2. 02

    Step 2: Walk the area

A supervisor looks at the areas first and notes anything that changes the plan.

  3. 03

    Step 3: Do the work

A dedicated crew does the project, apart from the nightly crew.

  4. 04

Step 4: Walk it with you

Your contact checks the result with the supervisor, and we fix what is missed.

Project questions

Can a project be added to a current contract?

Yes. Projects are priced as separate lines with a date, so your contract does not change.

Do you clean exterior windows?

No. We do interior glass from the floor or a ladder. Exterior and high work goes to a window firm.

How far ahead should we book?

Tell the RFP desk the date, and we say whether it fits. Busy weeks before school openings fill first.
