Policies
The terms, written out
These are the terms for keys, missed work, inspection, exit and screening. The contract holds the exact wording.
Keys, badges and alarm codes
Keys and badges are listed and signed for. Alarm codes go to the crew lead only and are not written on the crew's sheet. A lost key or badge is reported to your contact the same day.
If something is missed
Tell the supervisor line. We return to the area the next night or sooner. If a scope item is missed on an audited night, the contract states the credit.
If something is broken or missing
We report it the same night, in writing, with the time and area. We do not move or open locked cabinets and desks.
Inspections
The supervisor walks the building after each shift and signs the log. Your contact may inspect at any time, and we accept your inspection form.
Exit terms
Either side can end the contract with the written notice the contract states. We hand back keys, badges and supplies within the notice period.
Screening and training
Crew members are screened before they work in a building. Where your solicitation sets a requirement, such as fingerprinting for a school, the bid says what we meet.
Products and disinfecting
We use the products on your scope sheet. Where you ask for disinfecting, we use an EPA-registered product on high-touch surfaces and follow its label.
After hours
After 5 p.m. on weekdays the main line goes to the night supervisor on duty, until 11 p.m.
