“The bid came back with the walk-through measurements written down, and the scope sheet matched our solicitation line for line. That made scoring it simple.”

What we bid on
Four services, each written as a scope you can compare
Every service is priced from a scope sheet that lists areas, frequencies and what is not included, so bids from different suppliers line up line by line.
Nightly janitorial
Offices, classrooms, corridors and restrooms cleaned after hours from a written scope sheet, with a supervisor sign-off each night.
See the scopeDay porter
One person on site during the day for restrooms, entrances, spills and event setup, so the building stays presentable between nights.
See the scopeFloor care
Strip and refinish, scrub and recoat, burnishing and carpet extraction on a calendar planned around breaks and closures.
See the scopePeriodic projects
Interior windows, high dusting, upholstery and one-time deep cleans for openings, inspections and events.

From solicitation to first shift
How we answer an RFP
The same five steps for a two-building school campus and a municipal office.
- 01
Step 1: We confirm receipt
Every solicitation gets an acknowledgment by the end of the next business day, with the name of the person who owns the response.
- 02
Step 2: We ask our questions in your window
Questions go in writing before your deadline, so every bidder sees the same answers.
- 03
Step 3: We walk the site
We attend the pre-bid walk-through and measure the areas ourselves. A bid built from floor plans alone says so.
- 04
Step 4: You get a written bid
A scope sheet, a staffing plan, the certificates and references you asked for, and the price in your required form.
- 05
Step 5: If you award it, a transition plan
Key and badge handover, supply stocking and a first-week supervisor walk are scheduled before the first shift.
A plain statement
What certification means for your spend, and what it does not
A certification is the issuer's statement about who owns and controls the business. Whether our work counts toward a supplier-diversity, small-business or veteran-owned spend goal is your program's decision, under your own rules. We send the certificates, the issuer's contact and the invoice detail your reporting asks for, and we don't tell you what to count.
What we hand your program
Certificates and issuer contacts with every bid
Invoices that break out sites and services if your program asks
Renewal reminders to your buyer before a certificate lapses

Reference accounts
What the people who score us say
Three sample references. You choose which account to call.
“Our night supervisor knows which classrooms have the carpet tile and which have the old vinyl. When a floor needs an extra pass, the log says so by morning.”
“I asked for the certificates in a single PDF with the expiry dates on the cover, and that is what arrived, along with the insurance certificate naming us.”
Sample reviews.
Who answers
Four people you can name on your scoring sheet

Quick answers
What procurement teams ask first
Which certifications can you show me?
The supplier file lists each one, who issued it and the date it expires. Ask the RFP desk for a copy of any certificate and we send the document itself.
How do I get your insurance certificate?
Ask the RFP desk. We send a certificate listing your institution as certificate holder, with the limits written as numbers.
Do you bid without walking the site?
We attend the walk-through whenever the solicitation offers one. If it doesn't, our bid says which numbers came from your drawings.
What is in your bid, and where is the price?
The bid holds a scope sheet, staffing plan, certificates, references and the price in the form you require. How the number is built is on the how we bid page.

Send us the solicitation
We confirm receipt by the end of the next business day and name the person who owns your response. A pre-bid walk-through is attended whenever your solicitation offers one.
